We’ll be staying together in a cozy, light-filled Airbnb surrounded by nature, and shooting at handpicked locations — including the stunning North Star Gatherings venue for our wedding editorial. It’s the perfect mix of inspiration and tranquility.

Not at all! While this retreat is best suited for photographers who have some experience shooting weddings or sessions, we welcome creatives at different points in their journey. Whether you’re looking to fine-tune your posing, elevate your flat lays, or get serious about your website SEO — you’ll leave feeling more confident and equipped.

You'll have the opportunity to photograph three beautifully curated shoots: a sunrise engagement session, a traditional wedding editorial at North Star Gatherings, and a sunrise elopement in the wild. These shoots are intentionally designed to diversify your portfolio with luxury details, emotional moments, and high-end styling.

Yes! You’ll be able to use the images for your portfolio, blog posts, social media, and marketing. We only ask that you credit the vendor team and follow our image release guidelines (which we’ll provide in your Welcome Guide).

Your camera gear (camera body, lenses, memory cards, batteries), a laptop or notebook for education sessions, and clothes for both warm days and chilly evenings. We’ve included a full packing list in your Welcome Guide!

We’ve got you! When you book your spot, you’ll be asked to share any allergies or restrictions so we can accommodate your meals accordingly.

Yes! While the retreat is full of valuable learning and shooting time, we’ve also built in space to rest, connect, and recharge. Expect coffee chats, golden hour hangs, and late-night heart-to-hearts.
